Admissions Process

At Westside Christian Academy, our admissions process is designed to be simple, welcoming, and easy to navigate. From your first inquiry to enrollment, our friendly team is here to guide you every step of the way.

Our process consists of 6 steps:

1.    Complete Admission Application & Support Documents (see below)
2.    Submit the application/enrollment fee (non-refundable): See the Tuition & Fees Page
3.    Student academic screening test 
4.    Family interview (only after application and fees are received).
5.    Apply via FACTS for tuition assistance, if desired
6.    Acceptance/welcome letter (including tuition contract)

Supporting Documents (when applicable, all documents must be submitted)

  • Birth certificate
  • Immunization record
  • Proof that you do not have an outstanding balancing to a former school
  • Most recent report card and behavioral report (For students entering 1st – 8th grade)
  • Copy of IEP, NPSP, Medical Diagnoses, 504 plans, if applicable

Student Academic Screening/Testing

The applicant(s) will participate in a screening and /or take an appropriate grade-level test, depending on grade entering. The testing will be scheduled after all required paperwork and fees have been submitted. 

Family Interview

At the time of your child/children’s academic screening, an interview with our school leadership team can be scheduled. Additionally, it can be scheduled at a later time, if necessary.
