Re-Enrollment Process

To remain a WCA Warrior, students must:

1.    Have no outstanding balance from the previous school year after June 30.
2.    Complete the Reenrollment form here or via Blackbaud (BB)
3.    Submit the reenrollment fee (non-refundable)
$325.00 – 1 Student
$460.00 – 2 Students
$595.00 – 3 Students
$730.00 – 4 Students
$865.00 – 5 Students

4.    Apply via FACTS for tuition assistance, if desired
5.    Sign new tuition contract will be sent via AdobeSign

Please be advised that families with outstanding financial balances after June 30 may risk losing their spot for the upcoming school year.

Early Bird Re-enrollment Discount

If you begin the reenrollment process (paperwork & fees) by March 6, you will receive a 10% discount off your re-enrollment fees.

Re-enrollment Fee Payment Plan Option


To re-enroll between Feb 2 – Mar 31 at least 25% of the enrollment fee is required to hold your child’s spot for the 2026 – 2027 school year.

To re-enroll or maintain re-enrollment between Apr 1 – May 31 at least 50% of the enrollment fee is required to hold your child’s spot for the 2026 – 2027 school year.

After May 31, 100% of the enrollment fee is required to hold your child’s spot for the 2026 – 2027 school year.

All families must have 100% of their re-enrollment fee in by June 1 to hold their child’s spot for the 2026 – 2027 school year.

Invite a Family Discount

If you make a referral and the referred family enrolls and attends WCA, you will receive 10% off of the overall yearly amount of your family’s tuition.
